Outcomes
What you will be able to do
Not topics covered — things you will be able to do at work the week after.
Know your own style and its blind spots
Understand how you lead by default, where that works, and where it quietly costs you people.
Set a direction people can repeat
Communicate where you are going clearly enough that your team can explain it to someone else.
Have the difficult conversation
Raise a problem early, calmly, and on the facts — and leave the relationship intact.
Build a team that performs
Build trust, motivate beyond money, and create the conditions where people do good work unsupervised.
Delegate responsibility, not just tasks
Hand over real ownership, support without taking it back, and develop people who could replace you.
Lead through change and conflict
Decide with incomplete information, handle conflict between people, and keep the team with you when things shift.

How it works

Questions people ask
Is this only for managers?
No. It is for anyone responsible for other people’s work — owners, supervisors, team leaders, NGO coordinators, government officers, and people about to step into that kind of role for the first time.
What is Skool and why do I need it?
Skool is the platform that hosts the course videos, materials, and community discussion. Creating an account is free and takes about two minutes. Payment and access are handled entirely by Skool.
What if I miss a live session?
Every session is recorded and posted in the community, so you can catch up in your own time and still ask questions afterwards.
Can I take this from outside Tanzania?
Yes — the courses are live online and open to students anywhere. Sessions run on East Africa Time (GMT+3) and every one is recorded, so joining from a different time zone costs you nothing but the live question-and-answer. Skool takes international cards and prices are shown in US dollars.
What language is the course taught in?
English, and all course materials are in English. Where everyone in a session happens to speak Swahili we will explain in it as well, but you never need Swahili to follow a course.
Do I get a certificate?
Yes — a Profix Companies certificate of completion once you finish the course and present your final project.
Can my organisation enrol several people?
Yes. Get in touch through the contact form or on WhatsApp and we will arrange group enrolment for teams.
